How to redister a death

The death of a British citizen in Poland may be registered at the Consular Section but this is not obligatory. A British-style death certificate will be issued. Records of Consular deaths are permanently maintained at the General Register Offices in United Kingdom.

How to apply to register the death of a British citizen in Poland:

All fees are payable in Polish zloty at the current Consular rate of exchange.
