Our Embassy represents British interests in Poland. We are responsible for building and developing contacts between our two countries at all levels, and in a wide range of other fields.

The British Ambassador, Ric Todd, is in charge of the Embassy. The Embassy has over 100 staff.

Our Consular and Visa Section provides services for British citizens in Poland.

Commercial Section handles trade and investment issues including helping British companies do business in Poland and Polish companies do business with the UK.

The Political Section works to promote political links between the UK and Poland.

The Defence Section promotes British defence interests in Poland, including developing links between the British and Polish militaries.

The Management staff are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Embassy.

The Press & Communications Section informs people in Poland about British policies and values and provides services for journalists, teachers, students and others with an interest in UK. We work closely with the British Council in Poland on educational and cultural issues.
