British Embassy Warsaw, ul. Kawalerii 12

From Summer 2009 all Embassy Sections will be located in our new and fully accessible building at ul. Kawalerii 12. We are keen to ensure that our services are accessible to disabled members of the public. We will do all we can to make a visit at our premises as user-friendly as possible. However our building is listed and you may wish to take note of some points if you plan to visit us:

• We have public parking in front of the Embassy
  
• It is possible for wheelchair users to access all floors of the building
  
• If you are deaf or hearing impaired we may be able to organise a sign language interpreter if you let us know in advance
  
• We have wheelchair accessible toilet facilities in our Embassy

The British Ambassador’s Residence ul. Bagatela 5

We are keen to ensure that the Residence is accessible to disabled visitors. We are prepared to do all we can to make a visit to the Residence as user-friendly as possible. However you may wish to take note of some points if you plan to visit us:

• There are limited parking facilities at ul. Bagetela 5 but public pay and display parking is available along both sides of ul. Bagetela and ul. Flory.  If you are a wheelchair user, please contact the Residence Events Manager on (022) 311 0270 who will ensure that a parking space within the Residence compound is reserved for you.
  
• It is possible to access the ground floor of the Residence by wheelchair as we have a ramp.  Again please notify us in advance of your visit so that we can have it in place for you.
  
• If you are deaf or hearing impaired we may be able to organise a sign language interpreter if you let us know in advance.

Unfortunately we have no wheelchair accessible toilet facilities in the Residence.
