Passport fees

You need to pay the correct fee in the local currency when applying for your passport.

Methods of payment

We accept payments by cash in Polish currency (PLN) only. If you are sending your passport application by post you need to send the relevant passport fee by a cash postal order (gotówkowy przekaz pieniężny) through any post office in Poland.

The cash should be forwarded to the Embassy’s mail address. (Please note – no British Embassy bank account is available for this purpose)

Emergency passports are only issued in compassionate justified circumstances at the discretion of an authorising passport officer on examination of supportive documents

Additional fees

There is a call out fee for issuing an emergency passport outside of office hours. You will need to add this fee to the cost of the passport.
The rate is for every hour or part of an hour for each member of our staff.

GBP: £128.00 per hour or part of an hour
PLN: Zł615 per hour or part of an hour

The maximum charge is £922 GPS: PLN 4,426
