The United Kingdom and Poland co-operate closely in the field of justice. In the last few years British Embassy has organised several seminars and conferences providing information on UK solutions to representatives of the Polish judiciary.

The Polish side has been particularly interested in issues such as electronic supervision (electronic tagging), alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration procedures), money claim online and assets recovery (Proceed of Crime Act).
